"HE LOOKED BEYOND MY FAULTS AND SAW MY NEEDS."
 

The above words are a witness of Evangelist Cynthia Carr's life.  She is the only child of her mother, the late Mary Fortner but yet had nine children of her own - all having the same father, Bishop Guss Carr Jr.  What A Blessing!  
 

She trained up her children in the way they should go because she knew that when they became old her training would not depart from them. She holds Deuteronomy 6:6-8 very dear to her. It reads, "And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes."
 

Evangelist Carr is an example of a virtuous woman because her price is far above rubies. She puts others before herself and whatever her hands find to do, she does it in the name of the Lord. She commits her life to the saving of souls. She has a yearning and desire to share the goodness of the Lors to whomever she meets. Evangelist Carrnis a living testimony that Jesus can chnage ANYONE.
 

From a New York Runway Model to a Royal Child of the King, Jesus Can Do It! She often says that she can speak as Paul spoke: She was the chief of sinners. Having such a well-known role in society, she experienced a lot of negativity in her life BUT GOD...
 

Evangelist Carr's conversion started when she saw a miraculous change in her husband. She wanted to know what this change was all about. She went to a church service and started tapping her feet to a song that was being song titled, If You're Happy and You Know It Say Amen."  Before she knew it, she was clapping her hands and singing a song she never heard of. She let go and let God and before she knew it, she received the gift of the Holy Ghost. Ever since then the Lord has grown sweeter and sweeter each day that goes by. She testifies that the joy she feels with the Lord does not compare to anything or anyone. Its unexplainable. All she knows is that Jesus is guaranteed not to fail. It does not matter what a person has done or where they have come from, Jesus' hands are stretched wide open to receive. 
 

Her plea is for those that she reaches will taste of the Lord and see that he is good. He Will and Can Do It For Whosoever Will.  All one has to do is come unto Him and He Will Give Them Rest. Evangelist Carr tried Him and she knows Him and she found Him to be a friend. Why not try Him?
